1. District / Area Manager.
> Position: Manager.
> Number of Positions: Approximately 400
> Location: Various districts across Uttar Pradesh
> Salary: ₹32,000 per month
> Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate) from a recognized university. Key Responsibilities-
• Supervise and manage program activities in assigned areas.
• Coordinate with field teams and farmer groups.
• Support the implementation of rural training programs.
• Monitor agricultural and self-employment initiatives.
• Prepare reports and maintain program documentation.
• Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders. Required Skills -
