• All applicants will be selected only through a personal interview conducted by Fourmi Agro. 
• Final selection will be based on performance, communication skills, and suitability for the role.

• The selected candidate must not have any criminal record or pending legal case. 
• Selection will remain provisional until: 

1. Police Verification is completed.
2. Documents are verified successfully.

1. All selected candidates must undergo mandatory 15 days training. 
2. Training completion is compulsory before final appointment. 
3. Failure to complete training may result in cancellation of selection.

• Payment of application fee is mandatory for all applicants. 
• Applications without fee payment will not be considered for interview. 

Application Fee Details:

• BDO (Business Development Officer): ₹-500/
• Manager: ₹-750/
• The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• All selected candidates will be assigned duties within their Home District (Native District). 
• No request for transfer or relocation will be entertained initially.

• Valid Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / PAN Card).
• Educational Certificates.
• Recent Passport Size Photographs. 
• Address Proof. 
• Any Experience Certificates (if applicable).
